WELCOME!

Redemption Reintegration Services is a youth-led initiative funded by the United Way of Greater Toronto through the Youth Challenge Fund that provides services to African/Caribbean Canadian youth involved with the criminal justice system. Using a holistic approach to reintegration based on each young persons individual needs, RRS staff provides linkages to supports such as education, health, employment, housing, and culturally specific programming. We have a team of Reintegration workers that work directly with young people ages 13 – 24, to ensure they have access to diverse resources within the city of Toronto. To compliment our Reintegration youth staff, we also have a Housing Worker, Employment Counsellor, Community Resource Developer, and a Nurse Practitioner. This entire team of staff work together to support each young persons individual needs during their reintegration process.
